📘 How to Use Seek-A-Doo

🚀 Tip: Use the Play Game tab for instant auto-generated hunts with built-in timing and difficulty.

🛠 Create a Custom Hunt

  • Enter the age group of the players.
  • Select a theme or create your own.
  • Add specific or general locations.
  • Choose the number of clues (3–10 allowed).
  • Click Generate Hunt.
  • After generation, you can:
    • 📺 Start Presentation Mode
    • 🖨 Print Clues, Answers, or Both
    • 💾 Save the hunt

🎮 Quick Start Game (Play Tab)

  • Select a theme.
  • Choose Indoor 🏠 or Outdoor 🌳 environment.
  • Select number of clues (3–15).
  • Adjust the Difficulty slider (Easy → Hard).
  • Click 🎲 Start Game to instantly generate and begin.
  • Track your completion time and beat your best score 🏆.

🎯 How Gameplay Works

  • Hide each clue at the location of the previous answer.
  • Give players the first clue.
  • Each solved clue reveals the next location.
  • Use fullscreen Presentation Mode for group play.
  • Confetti 🎉 celebrates when the hunt is complete.

🛡 Usage Limits

  • Clue count must stay within allowed limits.
  • There is a daily generation limit per user.
  • Rapid repeated requests may temporarily block generation.
  • If limits are reached, clear messages will explain what to adjust.

💾 Saved Hunts

  • Save generated hunts to your device.
  • Rename, reload, or delete anytime.
  • Reuse favorite games again and again.
